What is Fairy Job Mother®?
Fairy Job Mother® is THE one-stop shop for all things careers and confidence for young people. We create resources to empower young people on topics like figuring out what you want to do, gaining a promotion, salary negotiation, building your own business and more.
We also work with organisations and schools and universities to deliver workshops, career guidance and consulting on developing engaging and skill-based early careers programmes.
How can I work with Fairy Job Mother®?
As an individual, you can currently work with Shoshanna on a one to one basis. To find out a little bit more about personal one-to-one sessions, you can visit the services page on our website here.
If you would like to work with Shoshanna in your business, she offers a wide range of workshops that you can learn more about on the Business/Employers page and submit an enquiry form. Shoshanna also works with a limited number of businesses who are looking to advertise and gain visibility to her community of 20,000+ young people. If you are interested in this please submit an enquiry form.
If you are a school or university that would like to hire Shoshanna to deliver a workshop then please learn more on the School/University page and submit an enquiry form.

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the UK. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
If you would like to order a product from outside of the UK, please email hello@fairyjobmother.co.uk and we will be happy to provide a quote for shipping.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders! Alternatively, we can send it express for a small additional charge of £3.99. You can find out more information in our Shipping Policy.
I haven’t received my order yet!
We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet. There may be a delay with our shipping provider so please make sure to check your tracking reference. If you’re still stuck please send us an email at hello@fairyjobmother.co.uk and our team will take a look for you.
When can I expect to receive my order
If you have selected our free standard shipping option you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days. If you’ve treated yourself to express delivery, it should be with you in 1-2 working days.

Are the planners dated?
Our Career Planners are undated meaning you can start, pause and continue with them at any time of the year.
Are the planners reusable?
Yes, all of the planners are designed to be reusable and refillable this means once you have finished filling in the pages of your planner you can purchase a refillable insert pack.

How do I know if a 1-2-1 session is right for me?
If you are struggling and need a helping hand or someone to bounce ideas off chances are a 1-2-1 session with Shoshanna would be a good fit for you! Visit our Services page to learn more about the sessions we offer and read our reviews.
Where do the sessions take place?
The sessions take place virtually over Zoom.
I am not based in the UK, can I still book a session?
Yes, Shoshanna is an in-demand early careers expert and has worked with people across the globe!
Can my employer cover the cost of my session?
Yes, your employer can cover the cost of your session. Please reach out directly to Shoshanna at shoshanna@fairyjobmother.co.uk to facilitate this.

What is the investment for a workshop?
A single 90-minute workshop led by our founder Shoshanna for up to 50 people costs £1500.
If you are looking to support your employees and offer multiple workshops we can provide discounted/bespoke pricing based on your needs. Please submit a contact form and Shoshanna will be in touch to discuss your needs and provide a bespoke solution?
Do you offer one-to-one coaching for employees?
Yes we do offer limited one-to-one coaching for employees that can be delivered on behalf of an employer or can be delivered on behalf of the employee but funded by the employer. Please contact Shoshanna directly at shoshanna@fairyjobmother.co.uk for a bespoke quote based on your needs.
Who will be delivering the workshops/one-to-one coaching?
